HP introduces a compact MJF 1200 for functional polymer parts
A 12-liter build volume brings HP’s Multi Jet Fusion approach into a smaller production workflow.

What happened
HP introduced the Multi Jet Fusion 1200 solution at RAPID+TCT in April. The company describes a smaller format using the same core MJF technology as its wider polymer printing portfolio.
The announcement specifies a 12-liter build volume and automation for unpacking, material mixing and build preparation. HP’s emphasis is on simplifying operation for teams producing functional parts near their design work.
The same release separately outlined productivity and dual-tone developments for the Jet Fusion 5600 series. Those capabilities should not be assumed to belong to MJF 1200 simply because they appeared in the same announcement.
