Anycubic brings Kobra X and Photon P1 Max to RAPID+TCT
The Boston showcase paired integrated multicolor filament printing with a larger resin platform.

What happened
Anycubic used RAPID+TCT 2026 to demonstrate two different desktop workflows: multicolor FDM with Kobra X and large-format resin printing with Photon P1 Max.
Kobra X, first shown at Formnext 2025, incorporates four filament channels in its printhead. Anycubic demonstrated color changes and finished samples at the April event; its waste and switching-speed claims remain manufacturer measurements.
Photon P1 Max targets larger models and small-batch studio work. The announcement specifies an 18.3-liter build volume, models up to 300 mm tall and a temperature-controlled resin vat. This was a product showcase, rather than the original debut of every machine displayed.
