What happened

The American Center for Manufacturing & Innovation and EOS announced a partnership supporting domestic advanced manufacturing. ACMI purchased systems including the EOS M4 ONYX and AMCM M 290-2 FLX.

The investment also includes an AMCM M 8K, with an 800 × 800 × 1,200 mm build volume and eight lasers. The platform targets large components for demanding industrial applications.

ACMI’s model brings manufacturers into multi-tenant campuses and connects production with investment and technical support. The agreement outlines deployment and growth ambitions rather than proving that every planned campus capability is already running.
