RSNA 2026 Annual Meeting

· Chicago, Illinois, United States

The annual radiology meeting in Chicago, where RSNA’s 3D Special Interest Group runs medical 3D printing programming and a case showcase.

About the event

The RSNA Annual Meeting is the yearly scientific meeting and technical exhibition of the Radiological Society of North America. The 2026 meeting runs November 29 to December 3 at McCormick Place in Chicago, with the technical exhibits open November 29 to December 2.

Most of the program is general radiology, so this is not a 3D printing show. Its relevance here comes from RSNA’s 3D Special Interest Group (3D SIG), which covers medical 3D printing alongside augmented and virtual reality. RSNA says the SIG offers 3D printing and immersive imaging education and networking at the annual meeting, works on quality standards, and funds an annual research grant on how 3D printing improves patient care.

For readers interested in point-of-care printing, anatomical models and surgical planning, it is a place to see how hospital imaging departments segment scans and turn them into printed models.
