Geometry and print modes

High Quality uses 14 µm layers and High Speed uses 27 µm. Typical rigid-model deviation below 100 mm is ±100 µm; above 100 mm it is the greater of ±200 µm or ±0.06%. This dimensional claim is separate from layer height and depends on the prescribed process.

Model-specific embedded specifications in the current official Stratasys catalog were reviewed on 2026-10-16. Optional accessories, material-dependent layer settings and print-mode limits are identified separately.

A larger nominal envelope does not establish better print quality. Fit depends on the configuration, usable area, supports, and orientation.
