What happened

Prusa introduced a dedicated PLA ColorMix set for its color-mixing workflow in EasyPrint and PrusaSlicer. The five-color combination uses cyan, magenta, yellow, white and black.

Rather than mixing liquid inks, the process alternates filament colors in printed layers to create an optical blend. Prusa describes a palette of 45 shades using the five-spool configuration.

The semi-translucent materials aim to reduce visible striping between colors. Results depend on geometry, layer arrangement and the available multicolor hardware, so the bundle is part of a coordinated material-and-software workflow.
