3D Systems expands its Colorado industrial manufacturing campus
A new Littleton technology center adds space for development, qualification and production.

What happened
3D Systems announced the opening of its Industrial Technology Center in Littleton, Colorado, on October 21. The company says the expansion adds approximately 50,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space.
The center targets aerospace, defense and semiconductor-equipment manufacturers. Its stated role includes helping customers develop applications, qualify processes and move demanding components into production.
According to 3D Systems, the addition brings its advanced manufacturing footprint across Europe and the United States to approximately 270,000 square feet. Facility size does not by itself measure output, utilization or customer orders.
