About the event

Maker Faire Hannover is organized by Maker Media, part of the heise group, under license from Make Community. The 2027 edition takes place at the Hannover Congress Centrum on August 21 and 22.

The organizer lists 3D printing (3D-Druck) among its core topics, next to robotics, Raspberry Pi projects and traditional crafts such as blacksmithing. Several 3D printer and filament companies appear among its partners.

For European hobbyists it is a family-friendly way to see community printing projects and talk to makers and vendors in one place.
