Sanjay Mortimer RepRap Festival (SMRRF) 2027
· Manchester, United Kingdom
A two-day UK community 3D printing festival in Manchester whose proceeds support neurodiverse young people in STEM.
About the event
SMRRF is a community 3D printing festival in the RepRap tradition, hosted by the Sanjay Mortimer Foundation with PrintCity at Manchester Metropolitan University. The 2027 festival takes place in the university's Dalton Building on March 6 and 7.
Expect exhibition tables from makers and companies, live demonstrations, STEM workshops, robotics and content creators. All proceeds go to the foundation, which supports neurodiverse young people pursuing STEM and engineering pathways.
The organizer bills it as the UK's largest 3D printing festival, and it is a good place to see open-source printers and community projects up close.
