About the event

EXPOMAFE is a machine tool and industrial automation trade fair organized by Informa Markets as an initiative of ABIMAQ, the Brazilian machinery builders’ association. The 2027 edition runs May 4 to 8 at São Paulo Expo.

It is mainly a metalworking show, but the organizer lists additive manufacturing ("manufatura aditiva") and prototyping and 3D printers among the sectors on display. Industrial 3D printing therefore appears alongside CNC machining, tooling and automation.

Visitors who already run machine shops can use it to see where printing fits next to the equipment they know.
