About the event
IMTEX is the machine tool and manufacturing technology exhibition of the Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association, held at BIEC in Bengaluru. The 2027 edition runs for seven days and is staged together with Tooltech 2027 and Digital Manufacturing 2027.
Additive manufacturing sits within Digital Manufacturing, the concurrent show for Industry 4.0 and 3D printing technologies. IMTEX itself is mainly about cutting and machining, so AM is one part of a much larger event rather than its focus.
