120 W stored as 120,000 mW. Weight excludes build chamber and powder. Build and chassis dimensions are different.
Powder workflow
Fuse printers use a modular build chamber. Fuse 1 generation chambers pair with Fuse Sift; Fuse X1 uses its own generation of chamber and Fuse Sift X1. Plan extraction and powder handling equipment as part of the installation.
Reading the laser specifications
The listed laser spot is its full width at half maximum, a different measurement from layer thickness or finished-part accuracy. The machine weight excludes the build chamber and powder.
Introduced in 2026.
Announced June 9, 2026 with ordering open and general deliveries planned for Q4 2026. Early-access deployments are documented; general shipments are not independently confirmed as of October 16, 2026.

What changed
- Introduced 13 thermal zones and layer-monitoring Print Intelligence in a larger Fuse platform.
Read this with the specifications
Specifications are manufacturer-stated for the announced system. PA11 refers specifically to Nylon 11 Pro Powder compatibility announced October 14, 2026, not an exhaustive material list. This is an expansion of the Fuse family, not evidence that Fuse 1+ 30W was discontinued.
A larger nominal envelope does not establish better print quality. Fit depends on the configuration, usable area, supports, and orientation.
