Powder choice and recoating
FormUp 350 can use a flexible scraper or a roller for standard powder. Its roller configuration also supports finer powder with D90 below 16 µm; D90 is a particle-size distribution measure, not printed-part resolution.
Production handling
Four lasers cover the entire 350 mm cube, with software balancing work between heads. The inert powder module handles storage, conveyance and loading through a glove box. NCore sequences plate referencing, inerting and build startup and produces traceability reports.

The official page lists 350 × 350 × 350 mm with an asterisk on height and no visible explanatory footnote in the extracted table. Confirm usable height and configuration with AddUp before planning a production job.
A larger nominal envelope does not establish better print quality. Fit depends on the configuration, usable area, supports, and orientation.
