Modular chamber and optics
AconityMIDI+ has an exchangeable process chamber and optional extra chamber/setup station so preparation can occur alongside a running build. The 2022 datasheet lists green-laser and multi-infrared-laser configurations, with optional pyrometer and high-speed CMOS monitoring.
Heating changes the available envelope
The referenced datasheet gives a normal cylindrical envelope of Ø250 × 250 mm. Its 500 °C preheating configuration reduces this to Ø250 × 180 mm; the 1000 °C option uses Ø150 × 150 mm. Optional reduced build diameters are 170, 100 and 55 mm. These are alternative configurations, not simultaneous capabilities.

High-temperature and reduced-build-volume modules change the available envelope. The standard cylindrical space is not converted into a rectangular print volume.
A larger nominal envelope does not establish better print quality. Fit depends on the configuration, usable area, supports, and orientation.
