TPM3D brings the compact CF250 SLS system to Formnext after its China launch
The 250 × 250 × 320 mm laser-sintering system runs on standard 220 V power and pairs with a PPS250 powder station.

What happened
TPM3D announced on October 30 that its CF250 compact selective laser sintering system and PPS250 powder station will make their international debut at Formnext 2026, after launching in China at Formnext Asia Shenzhen in August.
The CF250 has a 250 × 250 × 320 mm build volume in a 0.53 m² footprint, which the company says is about 20% larger than the CF200 while offering 67% more build volume and up to 133% more parts per build. It runs on standard 220 V power and is aimed at laboratories, research facilities and small-scale production. The PPS250 station handles depowdering, sieving, mixing and powder feeding.
Laser power, layer thickness, the CF250-specific material list, price and shipping dates are not stated. TPM3D’s broader portfolio spans PA12, PA11, TPU, PEEK, PEKK and PPS.
