Peopoly introduces Giga 800 for large-format pellet printing
An 800 mm build cube brings pellet-fed extrusion into the company’s large-part offering.

What happened
Peopoly announced Giga 800 in May as a fused-granulate fabrication system. It uses pellets instead of spooled filament and targets larger parts where feedstock cost and deposition rate strongly influence the economics.
The company specifies an 800 × 800 × 800 mm build space, a servo-driven CoreXY platform and a dual-zone screw extruder. Its claimed output reaches 3 kg per hour, depending on the material and operating conditions.
The launch described an early-adopter phase and work with Siraya Tech on material profiles. Large-format pellet printing introduces its own preparation needs, including drying and extrusion tuning; the output figure should not be read as the speed of every finished part.
