What happened

Lithoz announced a Performance Pack for the CeraFab System S65 and S65 Medical, with a Formnext premiere planned. The optional upgrade is based on a 4K projection system.

The manufacturer reports a change from 40 µm to 25 µm resolution and light intensity rising from 60 to about 120 mW/cm². Lithoz describes these as a 60% dpi increase and doubled intensity, intended to broaden processing options for dark ceramics.

An upgraded S65 will be displayed alongside ceramic applications including cooling plates, casting cores and bioceramic designs. These are manufacturer specifications and exhibition plans, rather than independent accuracy or throughput measurements.
