What happened

ICON’s July 31, 2025, announcement offered three one-bedroom homes through the Mueller Affordable Homes Program and reported that the wider project had broken ground.

The homes were designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture. ICON described printed wall systems combined with conventional work for elements including upper stories, roofs, doors and windows.

This archive brief records the project announcement. It does not confirm current home availability or eligibility, and printed walls should not be described as an entirely printed finished house.
