Bambu Lab reveals the nine-tool H3C at $2,499 with the AMS 3H included
The full reveal puts specifications and regional prices on the tool changer teased in October, but names no delivery date.

What happened
Bambu Lab published the H3C announcement on November 3, calling it the company’s first third-generation printer. Its Swaptek tool changer holds nine print tools, each with its own filament path and heater. Because tools stay loaded and pre-heated, the company claims a material switch “under 6 seconds”. The bundled AMS 3H holds nine spools, reads RFID tags and has two drying slots that work during printing at up to 85°C; connecting an older AMS through the first tool extends a single print to a claimed 24 materials.
Stated specifications include a 330 × 320 × 325 mm build volume, nozzles to 350°C, a 120°C bed and active chamber heating to 65°C. The FlexFeed extruder accepts both 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm filament, and Bambu Lab says the H3C runs 75A TPU at up to three times the flow of a conventional printer. Motion figures are up to 25,000 mm/s² and 1,400 mm/s, and the optional Vision Encoder is claimed to keep accuracy under 50 µm across the build volume. Mixed nozzle sizes can be combined in one part, while the CutTool, DrawTool and DebossTool crafting heads use the same dock but run from separate software.
Pricing for the printer with AMS 3H is US $2,499 before tax, €2,499 and £2,199 including tax, CA $3,499 and AU $3,999. A filament bundle lists at US $2,589, and Station bundles at US $2,799 (open stand) and US $3,049 (enclosed with the E1 air purifier). The announcement gives no shipping or delivery date, no warranty terms and no standalone prices for the Vision Encoder, BirdsEye camera or high-flow nozzles. All performance figures are manufacturer claims without independent testing.
