MSEC 2027 (ASME Manufacturing Science and Engineering Conference)

· Corvallis, Oregon, United States

ASME’s annual manufacturing research conference, co-located with NAMRC and JSME LEM&P at Oregon State University, with an additive manufacturing track.

About the event

MSEC is the annual research conference of ASME’s Manufacturing Engineering Division. In 2027 it is co-sponsored with the North American Manufacturing Research Institution of SME and held together with the 55th North American Manufacturing Research Conference (NAMRC) and the JSME International Conference on Leading Edge Manufacturing/Materials & Processing (LEM&P). Oregon State University hosts the co-located conferences June 21 to 25 in Corvallis.

Additive manufacturing is one of the division’s nine technical committees and appears as a session track on the conference site. Papers selected by symposium organizers can be nominated for ASME journals, including the Journal of Manufacturing Science and Engineering.

It is a peer-reviewed academic meeting, useful for following university and national lab work on printing processes, monitoring and qualification.
