Clay extrusion and working shape

The standard LDM 3.0 screw extruder supports retraction. Its printable region is cylindrical, and installing the intermediate plate reduces available height.

Standard equipment and upgrades

A 5 L reservoir and three nozzle sizes are supplied. Continuous material feed, automated plate exchange and the larger XL extruder are separate configurations. The required compressor is not included.

Cylindrical envelope: diameter 400 mm, height 1000 mm. A diameter is not a fully printable square.

A larger nominal envelope does not establish better print quality. Fit depends on the configuration, usable area, supports, and orientation.
