A family of print-and-trim systems
Flagship machines use separate print and trim gantries and controls. MT uses both tools on one gantry, so printing and trimming are sequential; Additive Printer models omit trimming.
Near-net-shape workflow
Parts are printed oversized and machined to final dimensions. A melt pump regulates the bead while a compression wheel follows the deposition direction.
Size and throughput limits
Table dimensions identify machine configurations, not one universal printable box. Melt-core output and layer cooling time determine suitable part size and throughput; larger extrusion capacity does not necessarily shorten every part’s cycle.

LSAM is a configurable system family rather than one fixed build size.
A larger nominal envelope does not establish better print quality. Fit depends on the configuration, usable area, supports, and orientation.
