Molds and cores for foundries
S-Max Pro binder-jets sand molds and cores from CAD data. It is a tooling production process: the printed sand shape is used in a later metal-casting operation. Compatible cold-setting binder and sand combinations depend on the intended casting application.
Build and production layout
The job box measures 1800 × 1000 × 700 mm, or 1260 L. Multiple cores can share a job box, and an optional second box supports production scheduling. Layer height and dimensional accuracy are separate published specifications.

Dimensions describe one job box. Optional double-job-box configurations do not make one contiguous build volume.
A larger nominal envelope does not establish better print quality. Fit depends on the configuration, usable area, supports, and orientation.
