Binder jetting with separate finishing equipment

Shop System jets binder into a metal powder bed. The printed box is thermally crosslinked before depowdering, and recovered loose powder is sieved. Parts then enter a separate furnace for sintering; the furnace temperature is not a printer operating temperature.

Capacity and resolution

The platform is 350 × 220 mm with four selectable build heights. Its 1600 dpi specification describes the native printhead grid, not finished-part dimensional accuracy. Live Sinter predicts distortion and adjusts geometry to compensate for the thermal process.

Several build-height packages are listed. No single package is assumed. Printed green parts require sintering and shrinkage compensation; this is not a direct fusion process.

A larger nominal envelope does not establish better print quality. Fit depends on the configuration, usable area, supports, and orientation.
