| Legacy Manufacturer XY Claim (µm) | 45 Legacy product page advertises 45 µm in XY for fit and finish, without defining native pitch, XPR pitch or a general dimensional tolerance. The operations guide separately lists 65 µm XPR pixel size. |
Keep the 45 µm legacy XY marketing claim separate from the 65 µm XPR pixel specification. Do not relabel either as a universal dimensional tolerance.
Large-format DLP hardware
The Pro XL manual specifies XPR resolution and pixel size, which are distinct from a finished-part tolerance. The nickel-plated platform lifts parts from a membrane in the resin tray between exposures.
Material and setup controls
RFID checks the material tag against the selected buildstyle. The manual recommends separate trays for different materials and describes the counterbalanced hood and network connections needed for daily operation.

The operations guide verifies a 249.125 × 140.135 × 165.1 mm envelope and 65 µm XPR pixel size. The legacy product page separately advertises a 45 µm XY fit-and-finish figure without defining it as native pixel pitch. Historical brand naming does not establish an independent current supplier after the September 2025 portfolio acquisition.
A larger nominal envelope does not establish better print quality. Fit depends on the configuration, usable area, supports, and orientation.
